 Gerbilsoft 1997
 ================

 Introduction
 ============

 This was the demonstration program entered by Gerbilsoft into the UK's
 first demo party, called Revelation 97. It took place on 5th July 1997 in
 Welwyn Garden City as a part of the Acorn Southeast show.

 Unfortunately, even though the demo was good, it wasn't quite good enough
 to reach first place, which was clinched by a fairly new group called
 the 'Nutters'.

 This program was originally made to demonstrate the power of an
 Acorn RISC machine, equipped with a StrongARM processor. However,
 it should run on anything from an ARM2.

 The main idea behind the demo, was of course to advertise and promote
 Digital Databank BBS. It tries to show the many facilities of the BBS,
 in an interesting and entertaining way! Some of the ideas involved in
 the demo are quite wacky and unique!

 Instructions
 ============

 The demo should run perfectly by double clicking from the desktop, and
 exit cleanly afterwards. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to
 contact the author. (see 'Contacting the author')
 If you need the screen mode 28 then please insert the file 'Mode28' into
 your monitor definition file.
